BLOQUE 2: Metodologías Tradicionales – PMI donde se realizará una explicación detallada del enfoque tradicional, sus áreas de conocimiento (alcance, tiempo, costes, calidad, recursos, riesgos, revenue management,...) desde un punto de vista eminentemente práctico tomando como caso de uso un proyecto ejemplo y técnicas tan importantes como el Valor Ganado.
BLOQUE 3: Metodologías Ágiles – SCRUM, donde se detallará el enfoque ágil así como el framework SCRUM para poder abordar proyectos que se enmarquen mejor en estos enfoques.
Se incluirá todo el material utilizado en las clases para que pueda aprovechar al máximo toda la información explicada durante el curso. Además se explicará cómo obtener 5,5 PDUs para su certificación PMP.
